STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – MONDORFPARFUMERIE (B2C ONLINE SALES)

1. Scope and Applicability

   These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through MondorfParfumerie’s online store. By placing an order, the client (consumer) agrees to these terms. Any other terms proposed by the client are expressly excluded unless confirmed in writing by MondorfParfumerie.

2. Order and Confirmation

   Orders placed online constitute an offer to purchase. MondorfParfumerie will confirm receipt of the order via email. The contract is formed upon sending the order confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

   All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable immediately upon order, unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

In case of late payment (for clients using deferred payment options), MondorfParfumerie reserves the right to charge 10% interest on the outstanding amount and suspend delivery until payment is received.

1. Delivery

   Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the client. MondorfParfumerie will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control. Risk passes to the client upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Law)

   Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the client receives the goods. To exercise this right, the client must notify MondorfParfumerie via email or registered letter.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused. The client bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

1. Claims and Guarantees

   Any defects or non-conformity must be reported within 8 days of delivery via registered letter or email. MondorfParfumerie is responsible for replacing or refunding defective products under Luxembourg consumer law.

MondorfParfumerie cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or claims by third parties.

1. Taxes and Withholding

   Invoices are issued in full. Any taxes, customs duties, or withholding applicable in the client’s country are the client’s responsibility. MondorfParfumerie is not liable for costs arising from foreign legislation.

2. Limitation of Liability

   MondorfParfumerie undertakes to provide services and products with reasonable care but does not guarantee specific results. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

   These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Consumers may also exercise their right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
